Regenerative therapy for the treatment of periimplantitis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the outcome regenerative therapy peri-implantitis. 32 patients involved in with inflammatorydestructive processes field peri-implant tissues osseointegrated implants. diagnostic parameters used for assessing peri-implantitis include clinical indices, Probing Pocket Depth (PPD), Bleeding On (BOP), periimplant radiography. 16 implants mucositis, 8 early and 5 moderate was treated only conservative treatments methods, 6 peri-implantitis, 7 4 severe periimplantitis surgically. PPD BOP data at re-examination were retrospectively compared baseline data. A statistical significant reduction both seen alltimepoints as measurements. Stable measurements demonstrated after 1 year initial treatment, remaining stable during following three years.
